Swim Parka FAQ

What Size am I?

For children, if in doubt I recommend that you go up a size.  Growing room is not a bad thing!  Please refer to our sizing chart to find the Parka that best suits you.  You will find measurements for the overall length, chest and sleeves.  Please note that 1/2 chest measurement is when the parka is laying flat on the floor and measuring from underarm to underarm.

Can I exchange my Swim Parka if I have purchased the wrong size?

Provided that your Swim Parka is still in NEW condition and the swing tags remain in place, your item can be exchanged within a 14 day period from purchase.  Postage for exchanges will be at the customer’s expense.

Are the Swim Parkas machine washable?

The Parkas are machine washable.  We recommend that you turn the garment inside out and use a gentle machine wash.  Do NOT tumble dry or iron.  Hang it on a line to dry, once again, turned inside out.

How often should I wash my Swim Parka?

Your swim parka does not need to be washed each time it is worn.  Simply wear your parka and hang it to dry/air before using again.

How long will it take to receive my Swim Parka?

Your Parka should arrive 3-5 business days from date of order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post.

How do I pay for my Swim Parka?

Great Aussie Swim Parkas accepts secure payments via PayPal and Direct Deposit into our bank account.  Credit Card purchases are handled via the PayPal payments system to ensure safe and secure payment.  Please note, you are not required to have or create a PayPal account to pay with credit card.  Great Aussie Swim Parkas do not store your credit card details.

What if my Swim Parka is faulty?

Great Aussie Swim Parkas are proud of the quality of their garments but should you find a fault with a garment you have purchased, we would happily repair or exchange it as required.  All claims for exchange must be made within 14 days of purchase.
