Shipping policy

HeatMeUp offer free shipping on most orders. You will be advised at Checkout if your item will incur a freight charge. We use a variety of freight options and reserve the right to choose the best freight company to send your order. 

HeatMeUp online offers Standard Shipping option ships within 1-2 business days depending on your location and stock availability. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking notification emailed directly to you.

Please allow longer if you live in a remote area. You will be notified if we are out of stock and cannot ship your order straight away.
